Summary#

This proposal seeks to amend the CD-1 By-law at 319-359 W 49th Ave to permit building and streetwall redesign along W 49th Avenue under the Cambie Corridor Plan. The amendments increase the Floor Space Ratio from 2.3 to 2.5 and the Floor Area from 4,628.7 sq.m to 5,028.0 sq.m, while increasing the number of Commercial units from 5 to 7 and Residential units from 51 to 64.
