No. All project information, interactive maps, architectural renderings, updates, and archived planning documents remain freely accessible to everyone, without an account or subscription.
Plus is entirely optional.
What does my membership support?
Your contribution helps cover the cost of collecting and processing municipal development data, maintaining our archive of planning documents and architectural renderings, and keeping the site running.
It also supports ongoing improvements and expansion to additional cities.
Does Plus include any additional features?
For now, Plus is simply a way to support Development Tracker. We’re exploring additional benefits for Plus members as the platform grows, but there are no exclusive features included with the membership today.
Does my membership renew automatically?
Yes. Plus is an annual subscription that automatically renews each year at the applicable membership price unless you cancel.
You can turn off automatic renewal at any time through our online billing portal .
Can I cancel my membership or request a refund?
You can cancel automatic renewal at any time through our online billing portal . Your membership will remain active until the end of your paid period, with no further charges.
If you change your mind within 14 days of your initial payment or an annual renewal, you can request a full refund by emailing [email protected]. Once a refund is issued, your membership will be cancelled immediately.
Is my membership tax-deductible?
No. Development Tracker is not a registered charity, and Plus memberships are not eligible for charitable donation tax receipts.
