Summary#
The proposed development is a five-storey {24 min height) post-secondary educational institution {health sciences building) with a gross floor area {GFA) of approximately 23,417 m2. The proposed development would consist of teaching and instructional spaces, specialty laboratories, a library and a large social gathering area/ educational quad which will link the academic spaces to a river terrace. 150 vehicular parking spaces and two (2) loading spaces are proposed. Two (2) of the existing five (5) buildings on site are proposed to be retained. In addition to the vehicular parking spaces, the proposed development also includes 184 bicycle parking spaces.
