The amendment is requesting the following: 1. Rezone the existing Plant Recreation Centre and Plouffe Park from L1 to L2[XXX] Zone 2. Rezone the proposed school site and new parklands from existing MC to L2[XXX] Zone 3. Rezone the proposed Recreation, Cultural, and Facility Services (RCFS) from the existing MC to L2[XXX], and 4. Establish site-specific provisions through a new L2 special exception zone. 5. Rezone the proposed future residential from existing IG1 H(11) to MC Zone.
