The final draft of the new Zoning By-law, Draft 3, will be the final version prepared by staff, incorporating comments and feedback received to date. The final draft also includes provisions to ensure all current exceptions remain in effect until staff review and align them with the intent of the OP and the new Zoning By-law, once it is approved in 2026.
