Summary#

The proposed development consists of two (2) fourteen storey residential high-rise towers connected via a single storey podium along the western edge of the siteJ containing a total of 365 dwelling units. A total of 364 vehicle parking spaces are proposedJ where 328 are provided for residential use and 36 are provided as visitor parking spaces. The majority of parking is proposed to be located underground with 5 visitor spaces located at-grade. A total of 183 bicycle parking spaces are proposed to be located underground.
