Summary#

4 storey apartment building with 25 units, no parking, and an elevator, in addition to 2 semi-detached units in the existing northern heritage building. Through consultation with city planning and heritage staff, the original portion of the existing northern semi would be retained and the existing southern semi’s front fascade would be rebuilt as per heritage consideration. The proposal would make applications for Site Plan Control, Zoning By-law Amendment, and the Built Heritage Sub Committee.
