The retail food store is proposed to be restricted to the ground floor or basement of the building, and the daycare and cinema is proposed to be restricted to the ground floor, basement, or second floor of the building. The applicant is proposing to develop the site with a mixed-use building with frontage on Metcalfe, Lisgar and Nepean Streets. The development include two 27-storey residential towers along Nepean Street, with commercial/public uses in the lower levels, and townhouses located along Lisgar Street.
