This application proposes to change the designation of this property to allow for: mixed-use buildings (e.g. apartment buildings with commercial storefronts); a maximum building height of 41 metres (an increase from the current maximum of 12 metres); a maximum of building area of 8,680 square metres (an increase from the current 3,472 square metres maximum) based on a building floor area ratio of 5.0; the uses listed in the proposed MU-2 designation; This application is being reviewed against applicable policies of the North Hill Communities Local Area Plan and the Municipal Development Plan.
