This combined outline plan and land use amendment application proposes an outline for the future subdivision and development of 3.94 hectares of land in the community of Saddle Ridge. The application provides for: an anticipated 108 dwelling units within single detached, semi-detached, duplex and townhouses (R-G); an anticipated 124 dwelling units within multi-residential forms such as 3 to 4 storey apartment buildings (M-1); approximately 0.40 hectares of public park space (S-SPR); the location and size of future public roads, utilities and services.
