This application proposes a Policy Amendment to the Ramsay Area Redevelopment Plan to allow for:
rowhouses and townhouses, in addition to the uses currently allowed (i.e. single-detached, semi-detached, and duplex dwellings, and suites).
NOTE: A development permit application (DP2025-06273) for a four-unit townhouse has also been submitted. If this application is approved by Council, the number of units, building design, and site design such as parking, landscaping, and site access will be determined at the development permit stage.
