The application proposes to change the land-use designation of this property to allow for: A mixed use development redesignating a parcels from the existing land use of Multi-Residential Contextual Low Profile (M-C1) District to the Mixed Use - General (MU-1 f3.0 h31) District; a maximum building height of 31 metres(approx 9 storeys), an increase from the current maximum of 14 metres; and a maximum building floor area of approximately 23,850 sq.m to occupy a parcel size of ~0.795 hectares.
