Summary#
This application proposes to change the designation of these properties to allow for: multi-residential buildings (e.g. townhouses, fourplexes, triplexes); a maximum building height of 12 metres (an increase from the current maximum of 11 metres); a maximum of 14 dwelling units, based on a density of 111 dwelling units per hectare; and the uses listed in the proposed M-CG designation. NOTE: A development permit application DP2026-00784 for a 12 unit multi-residential development has also been submitted. The development permit will determine the overall distribution of buildings, building design, mix of uses and site layout details such as parking, landscaping and site access.
