This is a land use redesignation for partial road closures for portions of 24 Avenue SW and 25 Avenue SW between 14 Street SW and 14a Street SW. The portion of the lane under the road closure will be redesignated to Special Purpose - City and Regional Infrastructure (S-CRI) District to allow for: the redevelopment of land located at 2520 14a Street; the road closure at the intersection of 24 Avenue SW and 14 Street SW; and the relocation of the road closure located on 25 Avenue SW west to the intersection with 14a Street SW. This application is being reviewed against applicable policies of the West Elbow Communities Local Area Plan (LAP), the Municipal Development Plan (MDP) and other applicable policies and guidelines.
