This application proposes to change the designation of this property from Special Purpose - Urban Nature (S-UN) District to a Direct Control (DC) District based on the Special Purpose - Future Urban Development (S-FUD) District to allow for: the additional use of Storage Yard and the uses listed in the S-FUD District; a minimum parcel area of 3.0 hectare (from 64.0 hectares); and limited uses which can easily be removed to allow for future urban development. This application is being reviewed against applicable city policies including the Municipal Development Plan (MDP) and Heritage Communities Local Area Plan (LAP).
