An amendment to the Belvedere Area Structure Plan is required to support this application.
This application is being reviewed against applicable policies of the Belvedere Area Structure Plan and Municipal Development Plan. An outline plan is a form of a detailed infrastructure plan for a specified area. An outline plan must be consistent with any community plan previously approved by City Council.
