This combined outline plan and redesignation application proposes an outline for the future subdivision and development of 100.50 hectares of land in the community of Lewisburg. The application provides for: anticipated 1400 low-density residential units (R-G, R-Gm); anticipated 313 multi-residential units (M-G); anticipated 306 mixed-use units (MU-1); approximately 5.92 hectares of public park space (S-SPR); approximately 4.86 hectares of public elementary/junior high school and playfields (S-SPR); the location and size of future public roads and public pathways; the location of major utilities and services; The application will be reviewed against applicable policies in the Keystone Hills Area Structure Plan. An outline plan is a detailed infrastructure plan for a specified area. An outline plan must be consistent with any community plan previously approved by City Council.
