Summary#

This combined outline plan and redesignation application proposes a revision to an approved outline plan for the future subdivision and development of 13.5 hectares of land in the community of Currie. The application provides for: revision to the road network and development sites; relocation of the storm pond; and no change to the previously approved densities.

This proposed DC (direct control district) maintains the majority of the rules of the existing DC designation with changes and updates proposed. NOTE: If this application is approved by City Council, the overall distribution of buildings, building design, mix and size of uses and site layout details such as parking, landscaping and site access will be determined later at the development permit review stage.
