Summary#
This application proposes to amend the Montgomery Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP) at 2108 Home Rd NW to allow for: rowhouses, townhouses, semi-detached and duplex dwellings in addition to the uses already allowed (single-detached homes and suites);
NOTE: A development permit application (DP2024-01680) for a 4-unit townhouse with secondary suites has also been submitted. The development permit will determine building design and site layout details such as parking, landscaping, site access. No decision will be made on the development permit until City Council has made a decision on this policy amendment application.
