Summary#

This combined outline plan and redesignation application proposes an outline for the future subdivision and development of approximately 5.48 hectares of land in the community of Harvest Hills/Aurora Business Park. The application provides for: an anticipated 43 homes that can be in a wide range of low density residential forms such as cottage housing clusters, side-by-side, single detached, and rowhouse buildings (R-G); an anticipated 64 homes that can be in the form of primarily townhouse and rowhouse buildings (M-G); approximately 0.05 hectares of public park (S-SPR); the location and size of future public roads and public pathways; and the location of major utilities and services; An amendment to the Calgary North Area Structure Plan is required to allow for this application.
