The site includes two proposed outdoor cafés (one north, one south) and three free-standing Class C signs. Parking requirements are calculated based on the following ratios: 4 per 100m² of Gross Usable Floor Area for Retail & Consumer Service, 1 per 10 children for Child Care Service, and 4 per 100m² of Gross Usable Floor Area for Health Care Service.
